He is the past President of the Missouri Bow Hunters and a National Field Archery Association Director. He also owns an Archery Shop. IBH is located in the Kansas City, Missouri USA area and has an indoor and outdoor archery range. The club has been in existence for many years. The interview with Earl is designed to be an introduction to everyone about Earl's plans for the club.
